Our team has a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to hotel renovations. We’ve done everything from updating a few couches and chairs to extensive remodels. We’re well versed in hotel brand standards, design guidelines, and individual franchise expectations. Understanding the nuances and processes of various hotel brands can reduce schedule timeframes by weeks or even months, and that is what we bring to the table. This process can be foreign and confusing to many so we are here to navigate, support, and manage this process on your behalf until the last piece of art is hung.
HOTEL INDIGO

This was an extensive hotel renovation, with a conversion from Holiday Inn to Hotel Indigo. We provided a custom design/build full interiors FFE package and had a budget of $16.9M. The hotel was entirely closed during the remodel and the project was completed on time.
SPRINGHILL SUITES

This extensive renovation included updating the guest rooms as well as public spaces while keeping the hotel open and in operation.
COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT

Another extensive renovation including updating the guest rooms, all public spaces, and exterior painting.

Completed renovation of all guest rooms, public spaces, and added pergola and outdoor kitchen area.

HYATT PLACE

Complete renovation of all guest rooms and updates to the lobby.
COUNTRY INN & SUITES

We completed hurricane remediation work for all guest rooms on budget and under a quick turnaround timeframe in order to be ready for the seasonal tourist season. Exterior renovations included replacing all of windows and painting the entire exterior.
VIRGINIA CROSSINGS HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER, TAPESTRY COLLECTION BY HILTON

With a brand conversion from Wyndham to Tapestry Collection by Hilton, we created a custom design that was approved by Hilton. This is a multi-phase renovation and includes exterior work, renovations of interior and exterior public spaces, and updating guest rooms.

This was an extensive renovation that included all guest rooms, public spaces, and the conference center.
HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS
Location: Superior, WI
Rooms: 84
This substantial renovation included updating all interior spaces: all guest rooms, guest bathrooms, lobby, great room, corridors, stairwells, elevator, meeting room, fitness center, pool, public restrooms, and guest laundry. The hotel remained open and operational throughout the entirety of the project.
